  The Sacrament of Marriage is much more than your wedding day. In the wedding the man and the woman give their vows to each other, and a ring for all the world to see. In these vows Christ calls them to become a sacrament of Himself, who came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life for us. 
  
  At Our Lady of Perpetual Help we will do everything we can to help you start your married life on solid spiritual and personal ground. 
  
  When you’re ready to set a date for your wedding, it is very important that you contact us, in person or at 718-492-9200, at least 8 months before the wedding date. Your initial meeting with a priest will help him schedule the church for you, and he can explain how to choose a Marriage Preparation program, and register for the program you choose.
  
  The Marriage Preparation programs are sponsored by the Diocese of Brooklyn. The priest here at OLPH will show you how to register online for Marriage Preparation.
