For now we have a brief description of our parish Outreach program. Very soon we will add more information about our outreach to people in need.
At the core of parish life are the words of Jesus: “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25, 13) We are aware that especially today there are so many in our community who struggle to keep their heads above water.
OLPH maintains a food pantry which operates at regular times during the week. The food pantry distributes canned food and other non-perishable foods to persons who need help with food.

For immigration concerns, the Juan Neumann Center which has its own page on this website and which you can see here in our Ministries section. The Center is located on 60th Street.
If we do not have the right resources on hand, we can also put persons in touch with the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and with Catholic Charities of Brooklyn. Each of these organizations has a large network of resources to help people who need help.
